味极鲜适量,
白糖,
两勺,

1.把萝卜洗净,切成一到两厘米的方条,撒上适量的盐腌出水份即可

2.捞出萝卜条凉晒,这是青萝卜

3.这是白萝卜,不过白萝卜水份能大一些晒的太慢,同时萝卜越大水份越多。

4.晒的软软的,数量上要少于鲜萝卜的一半或者三分之一就差不多

5.把晒好的萝卜条放入容器里

6.把大蒜和大姜切片

9.倒入两勺糖
